Craig has a successful business background owning companies in New Zealand and Australia. He has worked on a voluntary basis, managing finances for the very successful Charitable Trusts, The Books in Homes Programme and co-founded The Gifted Kids Programme. Craig was a part of the NTI Executive Committee when it was founded in 2000.

Janet has a BA Hons in Social Administration from the UK and worked for 7 years obtaining funds from central and local government and charitable sources for a housing association, and subsequently project managing construction. Janet obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in the Administration of the Arts from the University of Auckland in 2002. She is currently the co-owner of a landscape construction company. As well as sitting on the board of Q, Janet works closely with Lisa Bates on the fundraising sub-committee.
