Documentary Edge Festival 2017

The 12th Doc Edge International Film Festival returns to Auckland with this year’s best documentaries from around the world. 69 films covering current issues of importance have been carefully curated to inform, engage and immerse audiences into the story worlds. Films from Europe, Americas, Asia, Middle East, Australasia are featured with over 30 international filmmakers and guests, the largest screen contingent to ever attend a festival event in New Zealand.

Come to the films and meet international and local filmmakers and guests, attend Doc Talks (a curated selection of free public talks) or engage with some of the projects featured in Story Edge World Exhibition, an exhibition of virtual reality, augmented reality and digital interactive websites.
