In Person | 305 Queen Street, Auckland CBD

Our box office at 305 Queen Street is open from 10am. Please note that the box office can get busy during performance times, so we recommend that you book online during these times.

Payment Types

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept cheques for ticket payment.

Concessions

Ticket prices and concession rates vary between shows. To see the prices for each show, click on an individual show or go to the list of all the shows we have coming up.

Collecting Tickets

There are three ways to get your tickets for Q:

  1. you can print them out yourself,
  2. we can post them out to you,
  3. or you can collect them from our Box Office.

Returns

All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered. If tickets are ever returned for a sold-out show we will sell them from one hour before the show starts, but they can only be purchased in person.

Latecomers

We can only let latecomers in when there is a suitable break in the performance, or possibly not until the interval. There is a monitor outside the theatre on which you can watch the show until you are let in. For the fine print when it comes to late arrivals, please see our Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
