Q Theatre and BRIEFS Factory are stoked to be partnering with the New Zealand AIDS Foundation as part of the Puāwai Festival to honour World AIDS Day on Friday December 1.

For every ticket purchased for BRIEFS: Close Encounters on December 1, $2.50 will be donated to the NZ AIDS Foundation, in support of the invaluable work this organisation does to champion honest and authentic representation of, and education about, HIV in Aotearoa.

Combating the sense of shame and self-recrimination too frequently associated HIV, the Puāwai Festival, brainchild of our mates at Te Pou Theatre, see the likes of the NZ AIDS Foundation working alongside Positive Women Inc. and Body Positive to deliver a suite of spotlight events across Tāmaki Makaurau, including at Q!

Before the show, join us in Q's Barfoot & Thompson Lounge for a drink in celebration of this great cause. NZ AIDS Foundation will be starting the party with a lounge takeover, collection buckets and representatives around the place to answer all our questions!

Join the Briefs boys for an out-of-this-world night of interstellar aerials, galactic glamour and astro-athleticism while supporting a good cause - all in one convenient location!
