Citizen Q

Citizen Q sets the scene for A Streetcar Named Desire

Set the scene for Silo Theatre's presentation of Milford Asset Management Season of Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire with a specially designed menu at Citizen Q, Q’s boutique restaurant. Southern-inspired flavours will transport you to the streets of New Orleans for this contemporary take on Williams’ devastating masterpiece.

Our lead chef, Vinay Bhatt, has designed a menu inspired by the vibrant, colourful culture of New Orleans. The citrus cured ceviche will awake your sleepy tastebuds and the barbecued chipotle chicken will fire you up and prepare your for the sizzling onstage drama. This meal is the perfect way to complete your Q Theatre experience, and dining at Citizen Q conveniently eliminates the chance of missing the start of your show.

No New Orleans experience would be compelete without a cocktail in hand. Our bartenders are mixologist extraordinaires, and will happily whip up any classic cocktail to order. We recommend a Whisky Sour (Whisky/lemon/egg white optional), a Caipirinha (cachaca rum/lime/brown sugar) or try a French 75 (dry gin/lemon/Deutz cuvee), but rumour has it they can be talked into crafting up custom cocktails creations on request, try asking one of our bartenders nicely!

100% of Citizen Q's profits go to supporting what happens on stage at Q Theatre. Fuel yourself and fuel the arts by supporting Citizen Q.

Q Theatre is thrilled to welcome Mia Blake, Morgana O'ReillyStanley O'Kane and the rest of the stellar cast and crew, including director Shane Bosher, for what is set to be the jewel in Silo Theatre's twentieth birthday crown.
