Hilary is well known to Aucklanders as the former owner and manager of both the Musket Room in Ponsonby and K Road institution Verona.

Kirk Lafferty - Head Chef

Kirk brings his vast international experience to Q’s exotic fusion cuisine, having worked in restaurants and yachts in over 72 countries. To find out more about Kirk’s unique approach to food and for some of his recipes, check out his blog.

Laura Lopez Lopez - Bar Manager
