Robbie Nicol, described by the Sunday Star Times as the ‘Kiwi John Oliver’, is leaving the safety of his Facebook, TVNZ Ondemand and YouTube webseries to perform live in a political variety show of epic proportions.

Winner of Best Newcomer Wellington at the 2017 International Comedy Festival, Robbie will rant, frolic, sing, dance and welcome some of the big names in politics to the stage in Q's Loft for this special week-long pre-election season. Each night there’s a different surprise guest.

Fresh from two sold-out seasons at BATS and Circa Theatre in Wellington, Robbie and the team are escaping the confines of the beltway to take the political pulse of the rest of the country.

Frankly, it’s your duty as a citizen of Aotearoa to be there, ready to laugh at the unending circus of absurdity that is New Zealand.

“Top-drawer brilliance.” - Theatreview

“satire genius” - Jacinda Ardern, Leader of NZ Labour Party
