Current Vacancies

Do you love theatre, dance and music? Are you committed to delivering the highest quality performing arts to the diverse communities of the Auckland region? Are you fun, focused and friendly? Q is the place for you!

Office Support Role

We are looking for a permanent part-time office administrator, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. (hours are flexible but will need to cover some core business hours).  You will be working closely with the Events & Office Manager, to ensure the delivery of business and administration services that enable Q to function in an efficient and cost effective manner.

This role would ideally suit someone with previous experience in an office administration role, perhaps returning to the workforce, and looking for part-time hours to fit around family commitments.

A passion for theatre and the arts would be an advantage, but a willingness to help out where required is essential.  We are a small, tight knit team, and if there’s work to be done, we’ll all pitch in to help one another out.

If this sounds like where you want to be, and you would like to learn more about the role, a copy of the job description can be found below.
