Citizens of the metropolitan capital of the South Pacific awake from the slumber of the long dark Winter. Filled with longing for sunshine, flowers and kittens they throw off their coats and gloves to bask in the much-awaited Spring. Then they get wet.

Thankfully Q Theatre continues to provide myriad reasons to shun the unpredictable precipitation and stay indoors. The bleakly named Dead Air is my personal recommendation. As a radio host myself, I can tell you that nothing gets you more flustered than people hearing nothing. The broadcasters that The Pantograph Punch have enlisted for this talk are at the top of their game and I’m looking forward to a night of candid and hilarious stories from their vast careers.

If that’s not enough to cheer you up, the enigmatic mystery of Don Juan kicks off at the end of this month. As a member of Q Theatre I have been privileged to be given an early taste of this unpredictably outrageous performance and it left me wanting so much more. The masterful improvisation and immersive show is sure to give you giggles, especially if there’s a group of you to share it with.
