One’s polyamorous, the other is monogamous, and the other one wants an open relationship.

Rich is a playwright struggling with modern day dating and commitment. Fear of missing out on the smorgasbord of other delicious men, and riddled with indecision, Rich must come to terms with what he wants and what he thinks he wants.

A contemporary New Zealand play set in Auckland, Play explores the modern era of gay dating and relationships.

Is one person ever enough?

Writer and performer Liam Coleman is an exciting new voice in the New Zealand film and web series scene. Play is his first foray into writing theatre and will have its world premiere at Q. He will be guided by director, Tom Sainsbury, who will be working on his fifty-fourth theatrical production.
