Account Manager
As Q’s Account Manager, you’ll be the coordinator for all venue-hire clients - managing enquiries, contracts, ticketing handovers, and final settlements. You’ll ensure bookings run smoothly by keeping information accurate and guiding clients through each step of the process.
You’ll work collaboratively across Q’s teams to support event delivery, budgeting, and marketing opportunities. With your calm, organised approach, you’ll build strong client relationships and facilitate clear communication. Your experience in the arts sector and knowledge of Tāmaki Makaurau’s creative landscape will help you deliver exceptional experiences at Q.
