Velocity Dance Competition’s Grand Finals 2025 brings NZ & AUS’s top dancers to the Q Theatre stage for an electrifying weekend of talent, creativity, and celebration
The Velocity Dance Competition Grand Finals 2025 is the ultimate celebration of talent, artistry, and community. Across four action-packed days at Auckland’s Q Theatre, the very best dancers from New Zealand and Australia will take the stage to showcase the highest-scoring and most memorable routines of the year.
Audiences will experience everything from breathtaking solos to powerhouse groups, along with the prestigious Velocity Dance Competition Grand Finals Gala, where top dancers from each age group return for one final performance to claim the ultimate honour and recognition.
More than just a competition, the Grand Finals is a true celebration of the dance community. With inspiring international guest judges, an exciting opening gala, and incredible prizes — including national and international opportunities — this event is the highlight of our season.
