Auckland Arts Festival 2022

Unfortunately, with the high risk of infection to cast, crew, production, venue staff, and audiences, along with capacity restrictions for live events under RED in the traffic light framework, the AAF Board and Management have made the difficult decision to cancel all live events and performances – 51 in total – in venues, theatres, and outdoor spaces.

This affects all shows at Q Theatre for the specifics of each show head to their show page below.

A globally recognised celebration of art and culture taking place each March in New Zealand’s largest city, AAF will be presented for the 14th time in 2022, with Q Theatre hosting a number of theatre, dance, and live performance works in the heart of the Festival’s Aotea arts precinct. Nau mai, haere mai – we welcome you!
