Toxic masculinity has never looked this hot. Join rural bogans, Jez & Jace, as they find out what it really means to put bros before hoes. (Spoiler it's gay)
These lads need one more night on the town before a major life event potentially takes them opposite ways. Will it make or break them?
Jez & Jace is an improvised comedy from the hilarious duo Ginge & Minge. Join them as they figure out what does it really mean to love your bro? What happens when you put bros before hoes? And, more importantly, where is the best place to get shit-faced in this city?
Every night there is fresh, hilarious improvised material and a new story to be found.
After debuting the work at BATS Theatre in Pōneke to sold-out crowds, Q-Theatre is the second stop for Jez & Jace: Lads on Tour. Performers Ginge & Minge(Nina Hogg and Megan Connolly) bring their signature brand of high-energy chaos, dumb jokes, and physical comedy to Tāmaki Makaurau, without compromising on the heart warming queer story.
Jez & Jace are a homage to their bogan brothers, and an exploration of their experiences growing up queer in rural Australia and Aotearoa.
Bring your Speights and your mates for this bloody banger of a show!
Directed by Austin Harrison
Improvised by Megan Connolly and Nina Hogg
