Known throughout the world as professional wrestling “Hardcore Legend”, Mick Foley is a 3-time WWE champion and a WWE Hall of Famer. One of the cornerstones of WWE‘s meteoric rise to fame, Mick took the same sense of humour that had endeared him to millions around the globe and wrote 5 best-selling books (all hand-written, without the aid of any ghost-writers) with two of them, 1999’s “Have a Nice Day” and 2001’s “Foley is Good” landing at the prestigious number one spot on the New York Times best-seller list. Over the past 15 years, Mick has taken his stories from the page to the stage and is incredibly excited to be bringing his one-man-show “The Nice Day Tour” to Australia and New Zealand from August 11-26.
Although Mick’s stories can be - and have been - enjoyed by thousands of non-wrestling fans, the “Nice Day Tour” is most definitely a show of beloved wrestling stories. Bring along your non-wrestling fan friend, spouse or significant other; they’ll enjoy it. If you’re a fan of wrestling, you will love it! there will be no talk of current events, politics or cultural musings on this tour – just wrestling’s finest storyteller bringing the past to life as only he can.
Relive the moments that made you laugh, cringe and maybe even cry – as Mick brings his iconic blend of wildness and warmth, wit and wisdom to Australia and New Zealand. Each show will conclude with a 45-minute Q&A where all questions are welcomed.
Come on out to an event near you…you will have a nice day!
VIP meet and greet note: The meet and greet available through the VIP package will take place after the show, not before.
