Rats In The Gutter

Auckland’s most infamous podcast hosted by a triple-threat bad bitch and an erotic fiction-writing poet/filmmaker.

60 minutes, no interval

Fri 16 Feb, 9pm - 10pm

Rats in the Gutter is Auckland’s most infamous podcast. Nothing is off limits from poetic descriptions of butt plug incidents at the gym, to breaking down the socio-political context that delivered our Lord and Saviour, Lady Gaga to the world.

Co-hosted by Johanna Cosgrove, an award-winning actor/comedian/writer (Shortland Street, Madam, Aunty, Hi Delusion) and Samuel Te Kani (Ngāpuhi) - a poet, filmmaker, prolific erotic fiction author and essayist (Vice,  Metro, Vice, The Spinoff, TVNZ, Stuff, NZ Herald), basically the Fran Lebowitz of K Rd.

Come and join the darkly effervescent hosts for a one-off live podcast spectacular as they navigate pop culture, politics, romantic misadventures and ego disorders in the dying metropolis of Tāmaki Makaurau, all for your listening pleasure.
