Sold out at The Classic during the NZ Comedy Fest so, due to public demand, Rhys is back for one night only, on August 7th, at the mighty Rangatira.
Rhys Mathewson is a stand-up comedian and reporter who has won pretty much every award New Zealand comedy has to offer. He currently serves as the roving reporter on Seven Sharp. He is also a regular panellist on '7 DAYS' and 'Have You Been Paying Attention'. Rhys has performed all over the world, including a packed out Spark Arena supporting Jack Whitehall.
Winner of the 2016 Fred Award and 2010 Billy T Award for Comedy.
He also has a dog called Gus who is the best boy. Yes he is, yes he is.
