Air Ventilation & Mask Wearing

Our HVAC system uses 100% outside air in and air out, without any recycling. The system provides 6,000 litres per second of fresh air to the theatre.

Currently, we do not have CO2 sensor control, as we rely on the outside air supply for ventilation. However, we are planning to install CO2 sensors in the future. The theatre adheres to all building code requirements and is maintained according to the building compliance schedule.

You are not required to wear a mask; however if you feel more comfortable wearing one, Q is a mask-friendly space. Masks are currently available at the door to the performances spaces, should you wish to wear one. 

Cashless Payment

Our box office, bar and restaurant have now gone cashless to encourage contactless payment, and we will accept payment via Eftpos, Visa, Master Card and Debit cards.

Cleaning 

The cleanliness of our venue has always been of the utmost importance to us, and we regularly clean high-traffic areas while open to the public and thoroughly clean the venue before opening for every performance. 

Feeling Unwell

We ask that if you're feeling unwell, or have been asked to isolate that you stay at home and contact us to relocate your ticket to another performance or to find out what your best option is.
