Irish comedian Alan McElroy is back with a brand new, high energy show that reflects on his childhood in Dublin in the 80's & 90's. A wildly different time when his mother ran Ann Summer 'sexy knickers' parties in the sitting room to when he was kidnapped, only to find out it was fake and staged by his parents as punishment because he ate the roses... not the sweets but the flowers in the garden.

After a recent diagnosis of ADHD at the age of 42, Alan reflects on his many impulsive shenanigans.

You obviously have good taste. Check out the full line up in the NZ International Comedy Festival with Best Foods Mayo 3-26 May 2024.
